The concept comes from a more extreme version of Courage Wolf who came from Advice Dog.

The image itself was rooted from a Japanese version of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Hound of the Baskervilles.

I like it because it's so horrible, it's funny. It's dark humor at it's finest.
