He has a rugged bodybuilder’s physique and a square “hero’s jaw” that gives him a noble physique. He has the qualities of a perfect male figure yet in this drawing of him he looks pretty feminine. Easy to make fun of. then people took it to the next level and made Juggalo and barney characters out of it. Because why not. Here is mine.
