Let's flashback to the Oprah Show, September 13th, 2004. She gave away a crap ton on Pontiac's to everyone in the audience and constantly repeated "YOU GET A CAR, YOU GET A CAR, EVERYONE GETS A CAR!!!!", and I think that became the most well known quote from Oprah. So yeah, that's the history of the meme.
