The meme is described as something that you don't like compared to something you do like. Drake is famous so a lot of people started spreading them and making some of their own.

Hipchat is a private online chat and instant messaging, Hipchat noticed that memes were a big thing and they wanted to try something new to advertise. They created a "Y U NO Guy" and started advertising on billboards. Ever since the billboards went up the traffic search to Hipchat went up to 300%. I think it was a creative and funny way to advertise to people.
