His desire to be a photographer out of high school led to work with local newspapers and eventually to working on his own as a freelance photographer. His current client list includes the Portland Timbers, Portland Thorns, Hillsboro Hops, the Associated Press covering the Portland Trail Blazers, Nike, Intel and others.
His work has been featured in many national and international publications including USA Today, Getty images, Reuters, Associated Press, New York Times, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, ESPN Magazine and others.
