Joey Lawrence known as "Joey L." is a photographer and director based in Brooklyn, New York. He started photographing school bands growing up then later grew his reach to entertainment and commercial photography. I love his work from the celebrity portraits to his person projects that are usually stylized environmental portraits. He talks about how his favorite photographers reveal something about the subject and themselves, which I feel he does as well. The lighting, composition and retouching are also really well done.
